為確保每一位學員擁有安全且難忘的雪地體驗，敬請於預約前詳閱以下條款。
Please read these terms carefully before booking your lesson.
注意事項
Notices付款期限Payment Deadline
我們將直接寄送發票，請依照以下期限完成付款以確認預約：
- 11月30日以前：請於收到發票後 7日內 完成付款，否則預約將自動取消。
- 12月1日以後：請於收到發票後 3日內 完成付款，否則預約將自動取消。
We will send the invoice directly. Please complete payment within the following deadlines to confirm your booking:
- Before November 30: within 7 days of receiving the invoice; otherwise the reservation is automatically canceled.
- From December 1 onward: within 3 days of receiving the invoice; otherwise the reservation is automatically canceled.
雪場規定Ski Resort Regulations
Niseko Village- 根據雪場規定，我們不在 Niseko Village 雪場提供教學服務。
- 以下飯店不提供接送服務：Hilton Niseko／Green Leaf／Ritz-Carlton Reserve／Hinode Hills／Kasara Niseko Village。
- We do not provide lessons at Niseko Village ski area. Shuttle service is not available for: Hilton Niseko / Green Leaf / Ritz-Carlton Reserve / Hinode Hills / Kasara Niseko Village.
Hanazono
預計入住 Park Hyatt 或 Nikko Style 的新客戶，原則上無法預約本校在 Hanazono 雪場的課程（此為雪場規定）。僅有以下情況可作為例外：
- 去年已使用本校課程，且今年再次指定相同教練的學員，可於課程開始前 72 小時通報雪場，安排在 Hanazono 上課。
- 住宿 Park Hyatt 或 Nikko Style 的學員，可使用本校接送服務前往其他雪場上課（僅限 6 小時課程）。
- 使用本校接送服務，與教練從其他雪場一同前往 Hanazono 進行課程。
無論任何情況，Hanazono 雪場不接受與學員於雪場內直接集合的上課形式。
For first-time guests staying at Park Hyatt or Nikko Style, we are generally unable to accept lessons at Hanazono (resort policy). Exceptions: returning customers requesting the same instructor (with 72 hours' notice to the resort); guests at Park Hyatt / Nikko Style taking lessons at another resort via our shuttle (6-hour lessons only); or joining a Hanazono lesson by traveling with the instructor from another ski area. Meeting directly at Hanazono Resort is not permitted under any circumstances.
Rusutsu
- 本校為 Rusutsu 雪場官方登錄之滑雪學校。登錄學校與學員的集合地點有所限制，敬請事先了解並同意。
- 從未搭乘過纜車的初學者課程無法於 West Mountain 進行。初學者課程僅能於 East Mountain 進行，集合地點為 East Mountain Gondola 前，請學員自行前往。
- Our school is an officially registered ski school at Rusutsu Resort; meeting points are limited. Beginner lessons (for those who have never ridden a lift) cannot be held on West Mountain — they take place only on East Mountain, with the meeting point in front of the East Mountain Gondola. Please make your own way there.
Kiroro
- 集合地點一律為 Mountain Center 前的滑雪場地圖看板前，無任何例外。無法於 Club Med Kiroro Grand 或 Yu Kiroro 集合，請學員自行前往滑雪場的指定集合地點。
- The meeting point is, without exception, in front of the ski area map signboard in front of the Mountain Center. We cannot meet at Club Med Kiroro Grand or Yu Kiroro. Please make your own way to the designated meeting point.
兒童課程Children's Lessons
- 6 歲以下（含 6 歲）的兒童課程，僅接受與教練一對一的形式。
- 本校建議兒童與成人分開上課。
- Lessons for children age 6 and under are one-on-one with the instructor only. We recommend separate lessons for children and adults.
其他重要規定
Other Important Terms課程費用與設備租賃Course Fees & Equipment Rental
- 本費用不包含纜車票券與租賃費用。若需要租賃雪具或購買纜車票，我們的教練將會協助您向雪場租借及購票，您只需要在現場支付費用給櫃台人員。
- 關於租賃設備，參加者同意接受「現狀」的設備，並且在損壞或遺失的情況下不負責任。
- The fees do not include lift tickets or rental fees. Our instructors will assist you in renting equipment and purchasing tickets from the ski resort; you simply pay the counter staff on-site. Participants accept rental equipment "as is" and are not held responsible for damages or losses.
分班上課建議Class Division Recommendations
如果學員的滑行程度差異較大，我們建議您分班上課。教練將會優先指導程度較慢的學員，這可能會對程度較好的學員的學習效益產生影響。
If there is a significant difference in skiing ability among participants, we recommend dividing into separate classes. Instructors will prioritize guiding the slower participants, which may impact the learning efficiency of those with higher skill levels.
未成年者Minors
未成年者參加課程須經監護人同意。基於安全考量，本校建議兒童於課程中配戴安全帽（部分雪場規定為必須）。
Participation by minors requires the consent of a parent or guardian. For safety, we recommend that children wear a helmet during lessons (required at some resorts).
照片與影片Photos & Videos
本校可能於課程中拍攝照片或影片，並用於宣傳用途。若不同意，請事先告知。
We may take photos or videos during lessons and use them for promotional purposes. If you do not consent, please let us know in advance.
免責聲明Disclaimer
- 參加者同意放棄對 SNOWMAN 滑雪學校及其員工和相關人員在活動中可能產生的所有索賠。
- 參加者同意不對 SNOWMAN 滑雪學校及其相關人員提起任何訴訟或補償請求。
- 參加者理解並接受活動的固有風險（如跌倒、碰撞、設備故障、惡劣天氣、健康狀況等）。
- 參加者同意自行承擔活動中可能發生的事故或健康問題，並免除 SNOWMAN 滑雪學校及其相關人員的責任。
- Participants agree to waive all claims against SNOWMAN Ski School and its staff and related personnel for any incidents during the activities, and not to bring any lawsuits or compensation claims.
- Participants understand and accept the inherent risks of the activities (falls, collisions, equipment failure, adverse weather, health conditions, etc.) and agree to bear any accidents or health issues that may occur, exempting SNOWMAN Ski School and its related personnel from liability.
學員體驗與安全注意事項Participant Experience & Safety
- 為確保所有學員的最佳體驗與安全，我們不接受過去六個月內進行過重大手術或懷孕中的學員參加課程。若學員未事先告知上述情況並參加課程，且在課程中出現問題，SNOWMAN 將不負相關責任。
- 參加者需自行確認自身健康狀況，保證能安全進行滑雪或滑雪板活動。
- To ensure the best experience and safety for all participants, we do not accept those who have undergone major surgery in the past six months or are currently pregnant. If such conditions are not disclosed and problems arise, SNOWMAN will not be held responsible. Participants must confirm their own health status to safely take part.
遲到和無故缺席政策Late Arrival & No-Show Policy
若參加者遲到，課程時間將不會延長。無故缺席（未提前通知取消）的情況下，費用不予退還。
If participants arrive late, the lesson time will not be extended. In the case of a no-show (failure to notify of cancellation in advance), no refund will be given.
取消政策
Cancellation Policy30 天前 / 15–29 天前30+ days / 15–29 days prior
- 於課程開始日 30 天前 通知取消者，全額退款。
- 於課程開始日 15 至 29 天前 通知取消者，退還課程費用的 50％。
- 30 or more days prior: full refund. 15–29 days prior: 50% of the course fee refunded.
14 天前至當日取消14 days prior to the day of the lesson
原則上不予退款。惟僅限因下列特例事由取消者，扣除取消手續費後退還餘額。
範例 Example：預約 3 天 6 小時課程並全部取消 → 扣除 ¥30,000 × 3 = ¥90,000 後退還餘額。
作為特例可退款之事由：
- 受傷、生病（必須提交診斷證明書）
- 發現懷孕
- 家屬、親屬過世
- 因所預約之交通工具停駛或航班取消、延誤等致無法前來之情形
因受傷、生病為由者，必須提交診斷證明書；未提交者恕不退款。其他特例事由則無須提交證明文件。因上述以外之理由未出席者，恕不退款。
Reasons eligible as a special exception: injury or illness (medical certificate required); discovery of pregnancy; bereavement of a family member or relative; inability to attend due to suspension of booked transport or flight cancellation/delay. A medical certificate is required for injury or illness, with no refund if not submitted; other qualifying reasons need no documentation. No refund is given for any other reason.
全額退款之情形Full Refund — when we cannot provide the lesson
- 滑雪場關閉
- 因日本政府政策變更所致之觀光、入境限制等，非可歸責於客方而無法參加之情形
- 本校基於安全考量而中止課程之情形
於滑雪場營業且本校得以實施課程之情況下，客方無法抵達滑雪場之事由（交通停駛、道路狀況、航班取消或延誤等），無論其原因為何，均適用「14 天前至當日取消」之規定。
Full refund where we cannot hold the lesson: ski resort closure; tourism/entry restrictions from changes in Japanese government policy; or cancellation by us for safety reasons. Where the resort is operating and we can hold the lesson, any reason you cannot reach it is treated as a customer cancellation.
課程日期變更Rescheduling
屬「14 天前至當日取消」者，原則上不受理日期變更。惟若於課程開始日 72 小時前通知，且 原預定授課之教練得於變更後之日期排班時，本校得受理改期，此情形下不收取取消手續費。若無法確保原教練，則無法受理改期。
Rescheduling is generally not available. However, with at least 72 hours' notice and only where the originally assigned instructor can be assigned to the new date, we may reschedule with no cancellation fee. If the original instructor cannot be secured, rescheduling is not possible.
天候不佳時之課程 / 旅遊保險Poor Weather & Travel Insurance
本校課程於天候不佳時仍照常實施，將視狀況選擇較安全之路線或移動至其他滑雪場。因天候不佳而由客方提出之取消，視為客方事由。即使因航班取消、交通中斷、受傷、生病等致無法前來，仍將收取取消手續費；此類費用多可由旅遊保險支應，敬請於預約時務必投保旅遊保險。
Lessons are held even in poor weather (with safer routes or relocation as needed); customer cancellations on weather grounds are treated as customer circumstances. As a fee applies even when flight cancellations, transport disruption, injury or illness prevent attendance — and such costs are often covered by insurance — we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when you book.
