接送服務 / Pick-up service

我們提供從您的酒店到滑雪場的接送服務。
費用: 每車來回6,000日圓
乘車人數: 每車可搭載3至5名乘客。攜帶滑雪裝備時，載客人數可能會有所變動。基本上，僅限參加課程的學生搭乘接送車輛。
服務範圍: 基本上提供從二世谷和俱知安地區的酒店到二世谷滑雪場的接送服務。
特別需求: 若希望從Niseko地區前往Rusutsu或Kiroro，請另行與我們聯繫。

費用詳情 / What Includes

課程費用只包含教學費用，並不包含纜車票，租借，等等。
The course fee only includes the instruction fee. Lift tickets, rentals, etc., are not included.

課程時間包含的項目 / what is included

租借時間，休息時間，以及全體課程的用餐時間都包含在課程時間內。
Rental time, break time, and meal time during the course are all included in the lesson time.

教練指定費用 / Instructor Fees

一級教練: ¥5,000 / 6小時，¥3,000 / 3小時
二級教練: ¥10,000 / 6小時，¥6,000 / 3小時
三級教練: ¥20,000 / 6小時，¥10,000 / 3小時
Level 1 Instructor: ¥5,000 / 6 hours, ¥3,000 / 3 hours
Level 2 Instructor: ¥10,000 / 6 hours, ¥6,000 / 3 hours
Level 3 Instructor: ¥20,000 / 6 hours, ¥10,000 / 3 hours
Carrie教練: ¥20,000 / 6 hours, ¥10,000 / 3 hours

取消及退款政策 / Cancellation and Refund Policy

30天前通知取消：全額退款。
30 days prior: Full refund.

15至29天前通知取消：退還課程費用的50%。
15 to 29 days prior: 50% refund of the course fee.

14天前至當日通知取消：不予退款。但若因突發身體不適或與本校無關之受傷等因素取消課程，並提供診斷證明書者，將酌收手續費20,000日圓，退還剩餘課程費用。未能提出診斷證明書者，恕不退款。
14 days prior or on the day of the lesson: No refund. However, if the cancellation is due to sudden illness or injury unrelated to us, and a medical certificate is provided, a cancellation fee of JPY 20,000 will be deducted and the remainder will be refunded. No refund will be given without a medical certificate.

不可抗力情況：若因天氣變化、道路封閉、滑雪場關閉、入境規定變更等不可抗力原因無法參加課程者，可依照30天前通知取消的規則全額退款。
Force Majeure: In the case of weather changes, road closures, ski resort closures, or changes in entry regulations, a full refund will be issued according to the 30-day prior cancellation policy.

政府政策限制：若因日本政府政策變更導致觀光限制，課程費用將全額退還。
Government Restrictions: If Japanese government policy changes result in travel restrictions, the full course fee will be refunded.
